 Tips of how to enlarge your hips 


When you exercise target your upper legs and glutes with hip bridges, squats, lunges, and leg raises

if you interested in hips you must try doing the following workout:

#Dumbbell

#Hip raises 

#squat kicks 

#side leg lifts

#jump squats 

#split leg squat 

#Squat


Try to do these workout at least twice a day you will start developing hips and get e nice body shape by building your self
