 Hello guys I'm back 😀 Some people ask that,it is good to diet while you're exercising... According to my knowledge,yes its good to diet while you're exercising it helps your body to develop well and see the changes that you want to see on your body... Dieting does not mean you must starve your self but you must eat healthy food and reduce lots of fats and sugar.Especially when you want to loose weight while exercising you must take diet and start limiting your daily meals  maybe eat twice a day and cut off sugar that will help you and start seeing in 3-4 weeks  Give your body what it deserves 😉

It is important to exercise because it  enhance the human body's muscular development and bodybuilding is also known as promote bones healthy... people should try to exercise to get their life . People must learn to exercise and control their body . Exercise may prevent you from many disease like "obesity"and flue because your body is always active  You people must at least exercise twice a week to keep your muscles strong and active .Some workout they are painful and they can affect you if not done correctly Also avoid junkies,fast foods and lot of sugar and exercise at least twice a week you will see difference with a month ...
