Some people ask that,it is good to diet while you're exercising...

According to my knowledge,yes its good to diet while you're exercising it helps your body to develop well and see the changes that you want to see on your body... Dieting does not mean you must starve your self but you must eat healthy food and reduce lots of fats and sugar.Especially when you want to loose weight while exercising you must take diet and start limiting your daily meals  maybe eat twice a day and cut off sugar that will help you and start seeing in 3-4 weeks
