Importance of building your body

 Bodybuilding is  the developing of your body through exercise and diet...

It is important to exercise because it  enhance the human body's muscular development and bodybuilding is also known as promote bones healthy... people should try to exercise to get their life . People must learn to exercise and control their body . Exercise may prevent you from many disease like "obesity"and flue because your body is always active 

You people must at least exercise twice a week to keep your muscles strong and active .Some workout they are painful and they can affect you if not done correctly

Also avoid junkies,fast foods and lot of sugar and exercise at least twice a week you will see difference with a month ...

There are lots of benefits through body or muscles building e.g nice body shape,controlled blood sugar, cardiovascular disease,mental healthy..ect
