I got many questions about losing weight and I will try all my best to answer those questions. Firstly "how many times you shall eat per day when you want to lose weight", you must at least eat twice a day, and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is an important meal for the day, you can't skip morning meal, lot of people skip breakfast which is unhealthy for their body. You can eat as much as you can when eat healthy food. Secondly "how many times should I exercise per week "you can exercise as much as you, but the minimum is twice per week.
