 People must normalize to drink only pure water while they are exercising. Pure water is vital to our health.it plays a best role in our body function including bringing nutrients to cells, getting rid of waste and protect joints and organs also maintaining body temperature. People must avoid alcohol because it can help to gain weight while you're in training.

 I got many questions about losing weight and I will try all my best to answer those questions. Firstly "how many times you shall eat per day when you want to lose weight", you must at least eat twice a day, and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is an important meal for the day, you can't skip morning meal, lot of people skip breakfast which is unhealthy for their body. You can eat as much as you can when eat healthy food. Secondly "how many times should I exercise per week "you can exercise as much as you, but the minimum is twice per week. If you want to see changes on your body, I will recommend you visit gym center every day.             Before                                                                                 After

 Some people wondering that bodybuilding how long does it take to see difference on your body... according to my own knowledge it takes 5-8 weeks to start seeing changes on your body .
